Q: I am unable to locate my ad on your site?

A: Login to your account and go to the manage ads page, then use the ad number to locate your ad via the advanced search page. If your ad does not appear active then check the following.
1. See if the ad has been disable (this would appear in red next to your ad title on your manage ads page). You can enable the ad by clicking on the [E] action on the manage ads page.
